Responsibility and entrepreneurial initiative are the cornerstones of RUAG's governance. RUAG is convinced that sustainable business success is only possible if the corporation lives up to its responsibility to the Swiss Confederation as owner, to society, to its employees and partners and towards the environment. Conversely, RUAG cannot live up to its responsibility without being financially successful. Compliance, risk management and corporate responsibility ensure that RUAG is pursuing sustainable goals – the Executive Board and Board of Directors guarantee it.
